MannaMarket is a USDA listed Food Hub on the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) and also runs an Organic Food Cooperative
(CO-OP) which picks up and or delivers to customers, if requested. In addition, the company is considered a Community
Supported Agriculture (CSA) system utilizing the farm method of Bio Dynamic procedures, emphasizing holistic development
and interrelationships of the soil, plants and animals as a self-sustaining system and sustainable approach to agronomy. We
work with farmers in getting product to market in many ways, such as from farm to schools, to the table, to restqaurants and
    other procedures.

Biodynamics has much in common with other organic approaches – it emphasizes the use of manures and composts and excludes
the use of artificial chemicals on soil and plants. Methods unique to the bio-dynamic approach include its treatment of animals,
crops, and soil as a single ecosystem; an emphasis from its beginnings on local production and distribution systems; its use of
traditional and development of new local breeds and varieties; and the use of a sowing and planting calendar. We use various
herbal and mineral additives for compost and field sprays.
